Our Privacy Policy

Simply stated, we don't blab about your personal information and any other sensitive details about your business, our relationship, and the work we've done together. All records are safeguarded as reasonably as possible.

Email

We hate spam as much as you do...maybe more because it gives the marketing profession such a bad name. So we simply don't do it. You will only receive e-stuff from us if you sign up for it. Since we don't have an e-zine set up yet, there's no worries.

On occasion if we learn of something that may impact your business, we'll give you a heads up - no cost, no obligation. That's because we simply want you to succeed!

Using your project in our portfolio

Showcasing our work is the best way for a prospective client to see how we may be able to help them. We're happy to post things like newsletters, Web sites and other items you may be using publicly.

However, sensitive services such as SEM, SEO, online advertising, internal communications, and competitive intelligence will not be promoted. That's strictly confidential! Mums the word. Our lips are zipped.

Your secret is safe with us

We do not discuss what our clients are doing with other current or prospective clients. We may, from time to time, refer to a particular problem and how it was addressed but we don't ever identify the client unless you give us explicit permission (i.e. we partner to do a joint cross promotion). The same goes for what's discussed in our strategy meetings, phone conversations, emails, etc.

Your goals are your business - your confidential information - and no one elses. We often turn down potential clients who we view as a conflict of interest with an existing client. The mere appearance does it for us because we rather focus on you instead of spending energy on questioning how we're communicating with you.

As you know from current world affairs and the tabloids, appearances are everything. We prefer to deal with what's real.
